MY WAY OF EATING

this weak was a great one for me for so many reasons.On friday in class i eat chips and i drank green tea. When i left school at about 12:27, i went to work . At work, i eat chicken chips that was it for that day. I have reduced my reat of eating form 3times a dey to twice. This is because at frist i put on so much weight and i discovered that it was food . So when i reduced my rate of eating i lost five pounds and i feel comfortable with my size. On sartuday, i eat fried rice which i made . Also at about 6p.m i drank some juice . On sunday in the morning i eat some bread and tea. now an eating rice and stew. I eat only African food this its because am use to it and they are not all that high in calories like American food.

  2. well that seems to a great meal lol, but you should try new things, maybe not American food, but maybe Caribbean food, also you should be worried about ur weight, u look fine the way u are :)
