WAYS IN WHICH MY ENVIROMENT IS TOXIC.

Toxic enviroment are the things in my enviroment which affects my health and the way i live.Some examples of things that make my enviroment toxic are the availability of transport,when fast food are cheep,and lack of exercise.There are so many ways in which my enviroment is toxitc to me .


One way in which my enviroment is toxic, is the lack of time.When i get up in the morning i dont have time to eat because form where i live to school is like an hour to get to school . When am in school i get so hungry and the only thing to eat is fast food and this food causes a lot of damage to my systerm.

Another way in which my enviroment is toxic, is the nearness and the availability of fast food.When am on break in school some times, i walk across the road and get some fast food which i eat.I love eating them because they are so cheep and always there when i want them. When i get back home i dont care to eat food at home . I always buy food out . This has made me to put on 10 pounds recently. Also i find some difficulty in breathing.

Finally, the last way in which my enviroment is toxic, is the lack of sport also the availability of transport.Here , since i always eat fast food and dont care to exerise, instead i spend more of my time watching tv and using the computer.Furthermore in the morning when am going to school i dont walk . My dad drops and picks me up this has made me to be lazy to exerise and as a result am putting on more weight than before.

MY WAY OF EATING

this weak was a great one for me for so many reasons.On friday in class i eat chips and i drank green tea. When i left school at about 12:27, i went to work . At work, i eat chicken chips that was it for that day. I have reduced my reat of eating form 3times a dey to twice. This is because at frist i put on so much weight and i discovered that it was food . So when i reduced my rate of eating i lost five pounds and i feel comfortable with my size. On sartuday, i eat fried rice which i made . Also at about 6p.m i drank some juice . On sunday in the morning i eat some bread and tea. now an eating rice and stew. I eat only African food this its because am use to it and they are not all that high in calories like American food.
